Autogas

Autogas has all the same properties as LPG used for domestic heating and commercial uses, but when used in vehicles will deliver an impressive performance level whilst offering significant savings on petrol engines.

You can either convert an existing petrol engined vehicle or buy new from the manufacturer. Whichever method you choose, the vehicle you get will be able to run on petrol or Autogas. A simple flick of a switch changes you from one fuel to the other.

Most petrol engines are suitable for an LPG conversion which means that you can enjoy the cost and environmental benefits of driving an LPG vehicle immediately after conversion. The vast majority of Autogas vehicles are dual fuel meaning they can run on both LPG and petrol and as such have two independent fuel systems & tanks.

It is imperative that the LPG conversion is undertaken by an approved conversion specialist.

Converting one vehicle to run on Autogas can have significant savings. Just imagine what it could do if you are a Fleet Operators. With LPG currently running at around half the price of petrol and diesel, there are significant savings to be made. Even taking into account the slightly higher consumption, you could save up to 35 – 40% on your annual fuel bills. Can you afford not to change?
